ADMISSION

The Leaping Learners Early Learning and Childcare is open to all children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our organization does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. There is a $ 45.00 admission requirement and children are enrolled on a space-available basis.

In order to reserve a space the admission / registration fee of $45.00 and first week tuition is due upon registration. Fees non-refundable. Preference is not given to any child. Once all available slots are filled, applications will be placed on a waitlist.

An application form must be completed. You must present a birth certificate or other form of identity, proof of immunization and Health information.

Failure to provide or update any required forms may result in termination of the childcare agreement.

Authorization to Dispense External Preparations (when needed)
Infant Feeding Plan ( If applicable)
Activity Authorization Form
Video and Picture Authorization form
