CUSTODY RIGHTS

In the absence of legal documentation, e.g. copy of the divorce/custody decree, dated and signed by a judge, clearly stating which parent has custody, and also clearly stating the visitation rights of the non-custodial parent, both parents are given equal access to your child(ren). Persons other than parents that are authorized to pick up your child will be required to present state issued identification. In addition no parent may request verbally or in writing that the other parent not be allowed to pick up a child(ren) from the center. If this occurs Leaping Learners may withdraw the child(ren) from the center.
