MANDATED REPORTING

*Leaping Learners teachers, caregivers, child care personnel having a reasonable cause to believe that a child(ren) under the age of eighteen has physical injury or injuries inflicted upon him/her other than a accidental means by a parent, or has been neglected or has been sexually assaulted or sexually exploited, shall report or cause reports to be made in accordance with the provision of childcare rules and regulations.

Please Note:All employees must report directly to the Center's Director all Child Abuse, Neglect or Deprivation. All employees must report directly to the Director all suspected incidents of Child Abuse, Neglect or Deprivation. Information will be obtained and reported to the local County Department of Family and Children Services in accordance with state law.

Please Note: All employees must report directly to the Center's Director all Communicable Disease. Information will be obtained and reported to the local County Health Department in accordance with state law.
