School Mission Statment and Philosophy
Dear Parents:
The mission of Leaping Learners is to provide enrichment in the lives of children by giving unconditional love, comfort and nurture in a safe environment. We believe in a high quality developmental approach to learning through, individual guidance, encouragement, creative play and self expression. Our learning environment provides hands on, interaction within daily activities. We partner with our parents and will share the learning and excitement of your child’s day to day experiences.
We believe in awakening the natural curiosity and exploration of children, and growing lifelong learners. It is our objective to develop self confidence in each child, given them the opportunity to succeed. We provide a bright, colorful, and cheerful atmosphere that enhances the developing child's mind. We work with our children to instill values, love of learning, positive self image, self expression, interaction with other children, and emphasizes and fosters attitudes of mutual respect.
Our dedicated, knowledgeable, well trained educators build the character of children through encouragement to do things independently, building socialization skills, promoting self creativity, help to establish structure and routine. Our primary mission is to provide an atmosphere where children can
be children, free to learn, free to play, free to explore and imagine in the course of a child oriented day. |
