All fees must be paid promptly as a condition of attendance. Tuition fees are due (weekly) each Monday by 6:30pm. However for your convenience two payment options are available bi-weekly or monthly in advance.

We accept checks or money orders. The center never accepts cash payments. There is a late fee charge of $10 per day for payments made after 6:30pm on Monday. Additionally there is a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute over scheduled hours / each day that your child(ren) is picked up late.

We do not accept post-dated checks. Leaping Learners reserves the right to adjust tuition at any time.

The full weekly tuition is due if your child is present two or more days. Please Note: If your child(ren) is absent from the center due to illness, vacation you must continue to pay half of the weekly tuition feeon time to hold his/her space. Your account may not be more than (2) two weeks past due. If your account is greater than two weeks in debt your child will lose his/her space in the center and must re-apply.

• Drop - In Rate ( Minimum 20hrs per week)
• 10% Family Daycare Discount ( additional child enrolled)
• Late Fee ( Pre-Minute)
• Late Charge ( Payments after Monday, 6:30pm )
